Mohita Sharma came into the limelight after appearing in the famous Indian quiz reality TV show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (KBC) season 12, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. As per the reports, Mohita is the second contestant who won Rs 1 crore in season 12 of KBC after the contestant “Nazia Nasim”.

KBC’s contestant took birth to her parents on December 12, 1989 (Tuesday) in Delhi, India. Basically, she hails from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. She was born into a Brahman family and belongs to the Hinduism religion. Talking about her age then, Mohita Sharma will turn 31 years old on 12 December 2020.

According to the sources, her father “S.D Sharma” worked at Maruti Udyog Ltd. The name of her mother is “Neelam Sharma”. As per the reports, she is the only daughter of her parents. Mohita Sharma did her primary education at Delhi Public School, Dwarka.

After that, she enrolled her name at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, New Delhi. From this college, she grabbed her graduation degree in B.Tech. in electronics and communications engineering.

The 31-year-old lady is the wife of an IFS husband named “Rushal Garg”. According to her Instagram profile, Mohita Sharma tied in a knot with her lover Rushal on October 30, 2019.

It was a grand wedding held at Satvik by Chhabra Farm, NH-8, Pushpanjali & Dwarka, South Delhi. Let me tell you that, Rushal is also a government employee and works at Indian Forest Service at J&K cadre.

She has a sharp mind since her childhood and always scored more than 90% in her high school days.To fulfill her IPS dream, she began preparing for the government exams after completing her graduation in the year 2012.She did not clear the exam in the first attempt.But she never lost hope and started preparing again.Mohita Sharma tried a total of 4 attempts and cracked her civil service exam on the 5th attempt in the year 2016.As per her IG post, Mohita grabbed the 262 ranks in the examination.As per her detailed mark sheet, she scored a total of 1014 marks out of 2025 in the civil service examination.

After cracking the exam, she joined the IPS batch in the year 2017 from Manipur.According to the reports, Mohita Shrama’s IPS training held in Hyderabad at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy.Later, she selected as Assistant Section Officer at the Election Commission of India.In the year 2020, Mohita works ASP at Bari Brahmana town, J&K.Being an IPS officer, she earned a good monthly salary with other government allowances.She has also met with many popular personalities like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ajit Doval, and others.
