Balasai has unconditional love for his devotes.He is the founder of the Bhagawan Sri Balasai Trust.In fact, the trust formed to help the needy people of the society.He received the honorary degree in world peace from the Global Open University, Italy.In 2004, Baba took the position of the Chancellor of Kalinga University of Chhattisgarh.His views are to combine modern and traditional education in the colleges.The Global Peace University, Netherlands gave him the Honorary Doctor Degree of Law.Soon, he honored with the Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Université Libre Des Sciences De L’Homme De, Paris (France).

The Bala Sai Baba cured the illness of Japanese monk Hideki with a black-colored silver ring.Furthermore, he is the first person to receive the Commemorative coin from Indian Railways Company.He has included in the State Minister Cabinet Cadre in Andhra Pradesh.Moreover, he follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and Lord Ram.His trust initiated a clean drinking water project and donated tricycles to the handicapped.
